Chicken (boneless, skinless) breasts – 1 1/4 pounds

Equally divided I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread – 4 tablespoons

Sliced mushrooms – 1 (10 ounce) package

Beef broth or dry Marsala wine – 1/3 cup

Water – 1/4 cup

Knorr® Pasta Sides™ – Butter – 1 (4.5 ounce) package

Thawed and halved frozen asparagus spears – 1 (7.5 ounce) box

Season chicken with ground black pepper and salt. Melt a tablespoon of spread in nonstick skillet (12-inch) on medium-high heat and cook the chicken for around 8 minutes, turning it over once until chicken is properly cooked. Take away the chicken and keep them warm.

Melt a tablespoon of spread in the same skillet and cook sliced mushrooms stirring occasionally for around 6 minutes until the pieces become golden brown. Add wine in the mushrooms. Let it boil on high heat. Remove the browned portions to clean the skillet bottom and cook it for a minute. Decrease the heat to lower it. Mix in water and two tablespoon of spread that is left over until spread melts. Add chicken pieces; turn them over to coat.

In the meantime, prepare Knorr® Pasta Sides™ – Butter as per directions mentioned on the package, add asparagus in the last 3 minutes left of cook time. Serve the fried chicken over Pasta with delicious Mushroom Sauce on it.

You can serve it hot with freshly baked homemade bread. It will also complement the recipe.
